Ideal Diet Plan To Stay Fit

10:30 Hrs: 1 Kiwi (42 cal), 2 walnuts

12:30 hrs: 1 Banana (105 cal), 5-6 resins

Lunch:

13:30Hrs

1 cup rice (boil them)with a bowl of Chana or Moong  dal and salad

You can skip the above if you want to have some chapatti. So you can have, 2 Chapatti (Ragi flour should be mixed with whole wheat flour) with 1 bowl of mix vegetable and salad

Evening Munching:

16:00 Hrs: 1 Apple (72 cal)

16:30 Hrs: 1 Cup Ginger tea with 1 small bowl of steam corn

Dinner:

20:00 Hrs: 1 bowl of sweet potato, 1 apple, 100g cucumber and 1 carrot salad

20:30 Hrs: 100g Cottage Cheese (raw) with a bowl brown rice and dal (you can have chapatti with dal as well.)

Post Dinner:

21:30 hrs: 1 glass of Luke warm water

Quick Tips:

Above is the one day diet plan. You can follow this diet throughout a week by alternatively changing the items like rice with chapatti, oats with idli and muesli, tea with coffee and vice-versa.  Some days you can have green tea as well. Your salad must consist of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.

You can drink coconut water in place of tea or coffee sometimes. Drink 8-10 glass water daily. Use skimmed milk. Exercising is must along with the perfect diet, so invest 20 minutes daily in a good workout.

Finger Millet Brownie Recipe:

Preparation time: 20 Mins

Baking time: 20-25 Mins

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup finger millet flour
  2. ½ cup olive oil
  3. ½ cup brown sugar
  4. ¼ cup coco powder
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. ¾ cup cold milk
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  8. A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 325 F if you are using a glass baking pan. Now grease the 8X8 baking pan and put it aside.

Now, add finger millet, brown sugar, salt, coco powder and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Combine them well. Sieve this mixture to mix well so that there would be no lumps. This step shouldn’t be avoided.

After combining the mixture well, now, add cold milk, olive oil and vanilla essence to the mixture and make a smooth batter. Combine it without any lumps and let the air incorporate it completely. Now, pour the brownie batter into already greased glass baking pan.

Put the pan inside the preheated oven at 325 F for 20-25 mins. Poke the brownie with the toothpick if it comes out clean, take out the brownie from the over else bake it 5 more mins.

Wait till it completely cool down and then cut the square size pieces with knife. Now, serve it your favorite ice cream.

Super Tips:

  1. You can store it for 3 days in an air tight container.
  2. Don’t avoid to sieve the finger miller, baking powder, coco powder and brown sugar
  3. You can use milk at room temperature as well.
  4. You can use butter, sunflower oil or any other oil in place of olive oil.
  5. Make a completely lump free batter
  6. For metal pan bake it at 350 F for 25 mins.
